SMS Terms

These terms apply when you choose to receive recurring marketing text messages from SD CFO Group. Opting in is voluntary and is never a condition of purchase.
Program
The SD CFO Group SMS Program provides occasional CFO insights, company updates, event information, service information, and offers from SD CFO Group.
Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our website, you authorize SD CFO Group to send recurring marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. If the number changes or is reassigned, please opt out before you stop using it or notify us at hello@sdcfogroup.com.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. SD CFO Group does not charge a separate fee for the SMS Program.
Opt out
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to a message. You may also email hello@sdcfogroup.com or use another reasonable method that clearly tells us you no longer want marketing texts.
After an opt-out, we may send one non-promotional message confirming your request. We will then stop marketing texts to that number unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program may not be available on every carrier or device.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information for the SMS Program. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS consent, and we do not share them for another party’s marketing.
Changes or suspension
We may change or suspend the SMS Program or these terms. We will post updated terms here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. If you do not agree with a change, you may opt out at any time.
